Our terms and conditions are that Team Emily confirms your charter, or crew place once you have made a downpayment to us on your charter fee, or crew place fee.
This is normally:
25% if confirming more than 6 months before an event.
50% if confirming 2-6 months before an event
100% if confirming less than 2 months prior.
This enables us to prepare yachts, pay entry fees and engage crew.
If you see any eventuality in which you might have to cancel your sailing trip then please arrange travel insurance to cover the commitment you are making to Team Emily Ltd.

Crew and charterers confirming a sailing activity accept that sailing has inherent risks, agree that they accept these risks and will not hold Team Emily Ltd accountable for any injuries.

Team Emily reserves the right to cancel a charter without refund if a client brings on board illegal drugs.
The skipper reserves the right to refuse boarding without refund if he considers a client to be dangerously drunk.

Team Emily takes sexual harassment seriously. The skipper reserves the right to ask a crew member to stand down without a refund should another crew member flag up such behaviour and as a consequence feel uncomfortable.
Remaining availabilty for 2026 summer:
Aug 28-31st. JOG St Peter Port: Two places
For the end of the season Team Emily heads off to the South of France for some classic yacht racing on ‘Peter’.
Sept 20-26th. Regattes Royales, Cannes : three places available
Sept 28-Oct 4th. Les Voiles de St Tropez: three places available

Sadly running sailing yachts costs money. Here is how much:
£550 pp for the JOG offshore events
£2,500 for Cannes, £2,999 for St Tropez for racing in the South of France (£1,000 discount if you sign up for both regattas!)
